We are a 501(c)(3) charitable non-profit.  Northwest Theatre Productions incorporated as a non-profit parent company in 2012.  Our Trade names are Emerald Theatre, an educational theatre group, and Snapdragon Films, dedicated to local film makers in Western Washington.

Our mission:

Northwest Theatre Productions was formed for the education, improvement and development of the continuing growth of the performing arts in the great Maple Valley-Black Diamond community and adjacent King County Area.  We are dedicated to both artists and audiences through the vehicle of quality family theatre, performing arts, and film.

We believe in and strive to create opportunities in our theatre for all people, no matter their gender identification, race or age.

We are flexible and adaptable as our landscape for theatre changes.  We use all available resources to continue meet our mission.

NWTP  is doing business as 

• Emerald Theatre - a theatre focused on family theatre and educational opportunities for youth and adults

• SnapDragon Films - dedicated to independent film productions in Western Washington.
