Our Theatre
Emerald Theatre, a not-for-profit performing arts group located in South King County, Washington. We have been entertaining our local communities since 2012, with plays, musicals, and cabaret performances that allow our actors to hone their craft and improve their skills.
In addition to seasonal shows, we also offer summer camps and youth productions for aspiring performers.
We acknowledge that we perform on the ancestral and traditional lands of the Coast Salish peoples, specifically the Duwamish, Muckleshoot, Suquamish, and Snoqualmie Tribes. We recognize that our performances take place on unceded territories that have been stewarded by these communities since time immemorial. We pay our respects to their elders past and present, and extend that respect to their descendants who continue to live, work, and create on this land today.
You can support our theatre in many ways!

Our Mission Statement
Our Parent Company, Northwest Theatre Productions, was created for the education, improvement and development of the continuing growth of the performing arts in the greater Maple Valley-Black Diamond community and adjacent King County Area. We are dedicated to both artists and audiences through the vehicle of quality family theatre, performing arts, and film.
We believe in and strive to create opportunities in our theatre for all people, no matter their gender identification, race or age.
We are flexible and adaptable as our landscape for theatre changes. We use all available resources to continue meet our mission.
