Dear Patrons and Supporters,
Although we had planned on a Holiday Show in December, we were unable to find a venue to perform in. We are so thankful for all the support and donations that came our way to keep our theatre moving forward. We are in the process of securing a venue for a Spring Show and will post that as soon as we know the details.
Summer Outdoor Theatre 2026
We will be returning to Lake Wilderness Arboretum, Soos Creek Botanical Garden, and Covington Community Park in August of 2026, in addition to attending the Seattle Outdoor Theatre Festival in July.

Our Theatre
Emerald Theatre, a not-for-profit performing arts group located in South King County, Washington. We have been entertaining our local communities since 2012, with plays, musicals, and cabaret performances that allow our actors to hone their craft and improve their skills.
In addition to seasonal shows, we also offer summer camps and youth productions for aspiring performers.

Our Mission Statement
Our Parent Company, Northwest Theatre Productions, was created for the education, improvement and development of the continuing growth of the performing arts in the greater Maple Valley-Black Diamond community and adjacent King County Area. We are dedicated to both artists and audiences through the vehicle of quality family theatre, performing arts, and film.
We believe in and strive to create opportunities in our theatre for all people, no matter their gender identification, race or age.
We are flexible and adaptable as our landscape for theatre changes. We use all available resources to continue meet our mission.
Performances and camps at this theatre currently supported and funded in part by:
Soos Creek Botanical Garden

The Helen Martha Schiff Foundation
